INTRA EAA BCAA By GHOST

GHOST Intra is going to be on-par with formulation quality as their other products. Fully loaded, transparent and made with key ingredients that contribute to the category the brand is playing in. GHOST Intra will contain a full essential amino acid profile (all nine) and a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio.

Before we dive into the “actives” it is important to note that Magnesium is used in the formula as Albion mineral. This means it has better bioavailability that generic versions of Magnesium. Magnesium can aid in performance and hydration.

GHOST EAA – 10g

GHOST’s EAA blend consists of all nine essential amino acids. Three of the nine EAAs are branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Users will get 6g of BCAA at the 2:1:1 ratio with 3,000mg of Leucine, 1,500mg Valine and 1,500mg Isoleucine. In addition, users will get another 4g from Lysine, Threonine, Phenylalanine, Methionine, Histidine and Tryptophane.

EAAs are good to be taken anytime of day. If fasted it is preferred you use a full EAA profile versus a standard BCAA product.
