How to use

Dosage:  6 grams per serve – Once daily (one heaped tablespoon) Cold or hot water soluble Can be sprinkled over food – added to breakfast hot or cold or anything you eat or drink. Equates to 2.4 grams of protein.

This collagen is made from cows in Germany, using their skin, connective tissue, and bones. These cows are checked by a veterinarian and certified. This collagen does not contain gluten, dairy, cholesterol, sugar, fat, or MSG. It is also compliant with Kosher and Halal dietary laws. There are no added preservatives, but it may have some traces of sulphate due to the cooking process.
