Suggested use

Directions For Regular Use: Take 2 soft gels once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product daily for overall health. Orange OxiMega Fish Oil™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
